


White Glove Data Import of Contacts & Portal Members
Save time and hassle by getting WorkZerk support to import your Contacts and Portal Members.
All you need are existing spreadsheets of your CONTACTS.
The steps are as follows:
(1) Purchase this product to get the ball rolling.
(2) Email your current spreadsheet/s to hello@workzerk.com.au
(3) Support will reply within 24 hours with any futher steps required or suggestions for improving the data. For example, we will make sure these spreadsheets are formatted correctly for importing. We will advise you of any changes required to ensure the import is successful. This service does not include making substantial changes to your spreadsheets (which would be outside of the scope of the service). We will however, instuct you on the next steps required.
(4) If changes are required, complete these changes and email the spreadsheet to us again (preferably within 24 hours).
(5) 24 hours after receiving the final spreadsheet, we will complete the data import into your Space. If we have any questions, we will contact you by email.
(6) Check the data is correct, and advise support if any adjustments are required.
You will then have all your data imported correctly into WorkZerk!
