Support is just a click or phone call away via our Brisbane support crew.

During the BETA period, starting after July 1st 2025 all users receive free support via our Brisbane office including phone and video chat support.

Admin ‘One-on-One’ Training

While we offer up to 15 minutes of booked phone or video chat support for free (per session) we also provide more personalised and extended training of WorkZerk. This allows you to really hit the ground running and get the most from the app.

For importing existing data into WorkZerk, we recommend purchasing our white glove data import service instead of training.

Brisbane In-Person 1pm Training

WorkZerk training of up to 2 team members is available in Brisbane at our Herston, QLD 4006 office. Costs are $180+GST per hour (minimum of one hour). Please enquire direct for more information.

On-Site In-Person 1pm Training

On-site support and ‘one-on-one’ training at your office or event is available for $180+GST, with a $100+GST call out fee within the Brisbane metropolitan area up to 30 mins travel from our innery city location in Herston QLD 4006 (including parking costs). Please enquire for other cities or locations outside Brisbane. Contact us for more information.

Remote 1pm Training

Remote one-on-one or team training is available via the free HelpWire app to users anywhere in Australia or New Zealand.

Remote training costs are $160+GST per hour. Please note: The first 10-15 minutes of the first session will be spent setting up the remote access software.
