The Starter plan comes with 50 onboarding credits (worth $100) so you can onboard up to 50 members without any cost.

After your trial finishes, you can upgrade to a paid Starter plan if this suits your situation and continue using WorkZerk.

An onboarding credit is required for each member to start onboarding in your portal, and is used as the fairest way to measure value using WorkZerk.

The onboarding credit includes up to 7 years of auditing and compliance history (providing you continue with at least the Starter plan).

A credit is used when a member starts any Onboarding compliance process such as uploading a document or agreeing to a declaration.

If you send them an invite but they don’t use the portal, you won’t lose a credit.

For example, if you are onboarding clients you would need one onboarding credit for each client onboarded (or one onboarding credit per contractor if you are onboarding contractors etc.)

If you exceed the number of onboarding credits available with your plan, additional onboarding credits can be purchased in bulk starting for $2 including GST each.

Onboarding credits are cheaper if you purchase them in bulk (please get in touch for a quote).

By charging for each onboarding action within WorkZerk, we are able to offer a lower monthly recurring subscription cost.

Small businesses and organisations mostly use the Starter plan, and only upgrade to Pro if their data storage needs require it.

If you are onboarding more than 50 members per month, get in touch with us for a custom plan quote - it may work out better value than the Pro plan and it won’t cost anything to find out.

The Pro plan offers up to approximately 3000 active, securely stored documents. This is more than enough for almost all situations, as you will normally opt to ‘self destruct’ sensitive documents like ID documents, certificates etc once you have human verified them.

It is not recommended that you keep sensitive documents such as idenfifcation after they have been approved.

Therefore, the 3000 files limit in the the PRO plan should be sufficient even for multi site or higher volume onboarding situations.
