Supported Devices & Geographic Limitations of WorkZerk

General Requirements

Our application is built on Blazor Server, which requires a stable internet connection to function properly. To ensure the best experience, your device must be physically located in Australia or New Zealand or in other close regions (such as pacific islands). This geographic requirement is due to server proximity and latency considerations.

Mobile Devices

We support modern smartphones with the following minimum screen widths:

  • iPhone 6 and newer (≥ 375 pixel width)

  • Android devices with ≥ 375 pixel width

Older devices such as the iPhone 4/5 (320 pixel width) will mostly work but are not supported, as their smaller screens cannot reliably display the application’s interface. This especially applies to the Admin area.

Desktop and Laptop Devices

Any modern desktop or laptop computer running a supported browser will work, provided it has a stable internet connection in Australia or New Zealand.

Supported Browsers

We recommend using the latest versions of the following browsers:

  • Microsoft Edge

  • Google Chrome

  • Mozilla Firefox

  • Safari (macOS and iOS)

Note: Outdated browsers or those no longer receiving security updates may not function correctly.
