How to Clear your Cookies To Reset 2FA
If you're having trouble logging into a different WorkZerk account or getting stuck in a loop asking for your two factor (2FA) verification code and can ‘t remember which email address you were logged into before, you may need to clear your browser's cookies.
That’s because WorkZerk uses Auth0 provider for authentication, however they do not provide a simple ‘logout’ button or link on the 2FA page.
Note: The quickest way to resolve this issue is just to open a new private/incognito tab on your browser. Then your existing cookies will be retained (for example to other websites). But you will start with a ‘clean slate’ in terms of cookies within that private session (which means you will be prompted to login again - which is the desired outcome).
Another quickfix is to use another browser, so use Edge if you normally use Chrome.
The other options below both involve deleting cookies, with several different approaches discussed.
Warning: Please note that while deleting cookies is not going to delete actual data, if you delete all your cookies your existing logins to other sites (such as Facebook) will also be deleted. This will mean having to login again to those sites to obtain new cookies.

Still Having Issues?
If clearing your browser data doesn't resolve the issue:
Try a different browser – Use Chrome if you normally use Safari, or vice versa.
Use a private/incognito window – This starts with a clean slate in terms of cookies.
