EMAIL TRACKING
Email tracking is used to track and audit emails sent from within WorkZerk, such as portal invites, portal updates and space user invites.
Tracking includes the ability to track delivery of emails.
Using the built-in WorkZerk email tracking you can obtaine advanced data on the deliverability of those emails. WorkZerk uses Sendgrid to send emails, and email status updates are updated in real-time within seconds.
You’ll know exactly why an email sent via WorkZerk hasn’t been received (for example if the email was blocked at the server) or other reasons.
You can then take action to invite that Onboardee using an alternative email address, or manually invite them if required sending their portal link directly.
