What’s WorkZerk?

WorkZerk is Compliance that Works for Australian Workplaces, Worksites & Events.

You can assign Compliance to your branded Portal to onboard or induct staff, contractors, suppliers, or anyone visiting your workplace, worksite or event.

Checklist

Portal Guests must check off a list of tasks that you set. This can be procedures, or it could be something like ‘Required PPE’. Checklists ensure consistency & accountability.

Open

Guest is complied to open or view a file (image or PDF) or link (URL). This can display in a new tab or inline. This makes WorkZerk compatible with your existing apps and processes.

Declare

You can ask your Portal Guest to make an official declaration e.g. ‘I acknowledge the hazards present on the site today’. Or ‘I understand and agree to these terms’.

Sign

An e-signature can be requested from the Portal Guest, by signing on a touch screen or using a mouse on a desktop computer.

Upload

Compliance can include a request for the Portal Guest to upload a document such as a PDF file, PNG or JPEG. This could be proof of public liability or identification for example.

Verify

Finally, you can ensure that verification of the uploaded documents is a required step — by a real person, before the compliance is considered completed.

What Makes it Magic?

WorkZerk uses tokens sent by email to portal guests, who simply click on the links with no login, app download or registration required.

Portal Guests just require a connected device (Android, Apple, Windows, Mac) with a browser (Chrome, Edge, Safari) to access and participate in your Portal.

Why’s it Free?

WorkZerk will be released in beta from July 1st 2025 and is free to use during the beta period* providing you sign up using a business or organisation email address.

You’ll get 10 Licenses worth AUD$200 per month during the beta period, giving you capacity to manage up to 20 Active Portals, 10 Admin Users and up to 200 Portal Guests.

*After the beta period you will still have access to your data, but the free licenses will expire.

Onboarding, Inductions & Scheduled Work

WorkZerk allows Admins to add Compliance to multiple portals within a Space (Workspace) together with Compliance, at every step.

Onboarding or Induction Training can be setup within it’s own portal to onboard staff, contractors, volunteers, students — whoever your portal ‘guests’ are.

Compliance can take the form of a checklist of tasks, opening a link, opening a document (image/pdf), uploading a document, signing using a mouse or gesture, agreeing to a declaration or verification from an admin user.

QR Code Access

Portal Guests can share the portal with anyone else by using the built-in QR codes if activated.

QR codes can be downloaded and used online, in emails or on physical signage at your worksite, workplace or event entry.

Print Work Schedule

Portal Guests can print the latest Scheduled Work (Runsheet) from the portal anytime as a backup.

In WorkZerk unlimited Compliance steps can be attached to any Work.

This ensures that your workplace, worksite or event complies with procedure, regulation and safety requirements everywhere and for everyone (whether they are staff, contractors, visitors, volunteers or guests).


Incidents & Alerts

As a real-time platform, WorkZerk has your back with fully integrated live incident reporting and alerts.

Portal guests can submit incidents to Admins, and Admins can send portal wide alerts to specifically tagged guests, or to everyone including SMS notification within Australia or New Zealand.

Portal guests become your ears and eyes on the ground of your workplace or worksite, ensuring that incidents are reported in a timely manner, properlty records and action taken as required.


Portal Guest Management

Contractors, Visitors, Suppliers, Staff etc.

Maintain the personal details of everyone using your portal in one shareable central contact database.

Hats allow powerful categorisation of contacts based on roles e.g. ‘CONTRACTOR’, ‘EXHIBITOR’, ‘VOLUNTEER‘, ‘VISITOR’, ‘PHOTOGRAPHER’, ‘FRONT OF HOUSE”, ‘MAITRE DE’, ‘MANAGER’, ‘SUPERVISOR’ etc. or cohorts such as ‘SYDNEY-TEAM’.

Once Contacts are added to WorkZerk, they can be added to other Portals within the Space without the need to re-enter contact details.

Portal Guests can wear whichever hats they need to, and dynamically ‘switch hats’ to view the Onboarding, Induction or Scheduled Work that has been assigned to those roles.
