Take Photo in Chat

Photos can now be captured by any Portal Guest using WorkZerk within an incident reporting message to Admins.

This is very useful for providing context for critical events such as crowd control, medical, missing persons or security incidents.

Guests using WorkZerk can click on ‘Take Photos’ and the app will use their built-in camera phone to snap a quick photo of the incident.

Once Admins receive the incident report, they can triage the incident and decide whether other Guests should be informed. For urgent incidents, WorkZerk can send an SMS to all recipients that contains a direct link to the incident.

So even if they do not currently have WorkZerk running in the background on their device, they can click straight through and receive the incident report and respond where possible.
