Onboarding Credits
$2 including GST onboarding credits are needed to onboard an onboardee into WorkZerk, in addition to the monthly or annual cost.
This allows us to charge based on usage and volume in the fairest way possible.
WorkZerk undertakes to store the onboarding actions (compliance actions) for each onboardee for a period of 7 years from the date of onboarding.
The onboarding credit effectively includes that cost to host and manage the data going forward.
This allows us to keep the monthly or annual costs low, making WorkZerk appealing to a wide range of both small and enterprise customers.
Free Trial Onboarding Credits
A free 30 day trial of WorkZerk includes 50 free onboarding credits. These credits do not expire, but the 30 days trial will expire. After the trial has expired if you decide to continue using WorkZerk and sign up for a Starter Plan or higher, you will still have these remaining onboarding credits to use.
Onboarding Credit Low Notifications
Within the Admin area of WorkZerk all Admins (including Space Users) will be shown a message at the top of the Admin area when onboarding credits are down to 20 or less. Anyone can purchase onboarding credits (not just Space Owners) but you will need to ensure the email address associated with the account matches the Space Owner. This will be displayed to you just before you purchase onboarding credits.
Purchase Onboarding Credits
Before purchasing onboarding credits, be sure to know your OWNER USER ACCOUNT EMAIL address as this will be requested when purchasing credits. You can find this as the Space Owner by opening the User Account dialog. The OWNER USER ACCOUNT EMAIL is simply the email address the Space Owner uses to login to WorkZerk. You do not have to be the Space Owner to purchase onboarding credits, but you will need their email address to associate the purchase.

General Information
An onboarding credit is deemed to have been incurred when any onboardee within their portal completes any actions. For example, if they upload a file or check a box. Please note that there is only one onboarding credit incurred for each onboardee (not one for each action).
Any unused onboarding credits are not refundable but they do not expire.

In terms of someone trying to onboard that has not completed any actions yet, they will not be able to complete onboarding.
For any onboardees with existing actions (for example they have uploaded a file) they will still be able to access their portal and even complete onboarding.
Once onboarding credits for a Space Owner reach zero an email is sent to the email address contained in the Portal contact information using the Contact Name and Email Address fields advising that onboarding credits have been exhausted.
An email is also sent to the Space Owner directly advising them the credits have been exhausted.
When purchasing credits, please use the Space Owner Email address so they can be allocated correctly.

Yes, a warning is displayed in WorkZerk Admin area at the top when credits reach a threshold of 20 remaining.

Credits are currently a manual process applied by our support team, so it will take a few hours during Australian business hours but up to 10 hours for credits to be applied. We are working on automated and instant process for this once WorkZerk is out of Beta.
