How to use the Agenda, Private and Draft Flags for Runsheet Activity

When creating any Work within WorkZerk, there are three flags that can be set.

Important: In order to view and set the Work Flags (Agenda, Private, Draft) you should not be in Compact mode which will hide these fields.

Also, to make your life easier you can use the Bulk Edit mode to bulk change Work, for example switching off the Draft flag for all Work rather than changing each one at a time.

Activity Flags

Agenda

Work (Scheduled) flagged Agenda will appear in the Agenda section of the portal. Typically the Agenda is designed as an summary of the Activity or Work, and can be used for a general overview of the main activities taking place

Private

Work flagged Private will only appear in that Guest’s portal. This is very useful feature to hide private activity from other Guests, for whatever reason (need to know basis, internal use only, confidential etc.)

Draft

Work flagged Draft will only be visible to Admin users in the Admin area. Draft Work will never show in any guest’s portal. If Work is not appearing in the portal, be sure to check that it has not been set to ‘Draft’.
