How to use the Private and Draft Flags for Onboarding

When creating any Onboarding within WorkZerk, there are two flags that can be set.

Important: In order to view and set the flags you should not be in Compact mode which will hide these fields.

Also, to make your life easier you can use the Bulk Edit mode to bulk change Onboarding, for example switching off the Draft flag for all Onboarding rather than changing each one at a time.

Onboarding Flags

Private

Onboarding flagged as "Private" will only appear in that worker's portal. This is a very useful feature for hiding private activity from other workers—for example, on a need-to-know basis, for internal use only, or when confidentiality is required.

Draft

Onboarding flagged Draft will only be visible to Admin users in the Admin area. Draft Onboarding will never show in any Worker’s portal. If Onboarding is not appearing in the portal as expected, be sure to check that it still not set to ‘Draft’.
