Admin Space Settings for Portal Branding and Colours

Edit Space Settings allows Admins to change branding colours for the protal, Add your own Logo and Portal Header image, and control how SMS messages are sent within WorkZerk.

Space Colours

There are four different colours you can change in Space Settings, but we recommend you only change the accent colour as other colours are neutral by default.

Accent

Bright colours such as orange, red, purple, green or blue will work best here. Change to your brands highlight or accent colour.

Outer Background

Defaults to #fffdfa (very light grey). Not recommended to be changed for most situations.

Inner Background

Defaults to #fffdfa (very light grey). Not recommended to be changed for most situations.

Text

Defaults to #0c1217 (very dark purple). Not recommended to be changed for most situations.

Activate SMS Sending (Switch)

This switch defaults to off, switch this on to enable SMS sending within WorkZerk from Admin users.

Send SMS for Every Incident (Switch)

When the ‘Activate SMS Sending’ switch is on, the ‘Send SMS for Every Alert’ switch will be displayed.

Activating this switch will cause WorkZerk to send an SMS for every incident sent by an Admin user, to every recipient.

Send SMS for Urgent Incidents only (Switch)

When the ‘Send SMS for Every Alert’ is off, there is a ‘Send SMS for Urgent Incidents only’ switch. When activated, only Urgent Incidents will automatically send an SMS to all recipients.

Note: When neither ‘Send SMS for Every Incident’ and ‘Send SMS for Urgent Incidents only’ are switched on, WorkZerk will only send an SMS Alert for Incidents where the Admin User has switched on ‘Send SMS’ when sending the incident (on a case by case basis).

Reset to Defaults

This will reset all colours to the defaults out of the box, which resemble the branding colours of WorkZerk (e.g. bright orange as the accent colour).

Space Logo

This is where you can upload your own brand logo to appear on the printed work schedule on the top right hand corner.

Up to 512k. 300 X 300 pixels transparent PNG recommended.

This logo should be square in shape for best results e.g. the same length and width.

Portal Image

Up to 512k. 1600 X 300 pixels transparent PNG recommedned. Shows on everyones portal.

This image appears at the top of the portal and can be used for many purposes including:

Sponsor logos (place all sponsor logo in one image).
Event banner (a banner image you create yourself, for example in Canva).
Your company or organization logo (probably the simplest and most commone use of the Portal Image).
Very important safety information or warnings contained in image format utilising bright colours.

Delete

Warning: This button in Edit Space Settings actually deletes the entire Space. There are several warnings that will prompt the Space User before the deletion of the Space is permitted. Only the Space Owner can delete the Space. Deletion of the Space is not reversible so please ensure you have backed up all information within WorkZerk or exported it, before deleting the space.
