Admin Portal Filters & Switching Portals

Switching portals in WorkZerk means changing the Portal context to a different portal. Once you have switched to a new Portal, only the Onboarding for that portal will be displayed, and only those Workers added to the Portal will be shown in the Guests tab etc.

In WorkZerk you always have several contexts, including the Space (Workspace) you are working in, which contains any number of Portals.

Within one Space you can switch between multiple portals, each of which may fulfil a different purpose.

For example, you might create a new portal for each worksite, workplace or project.

To swtich to a different Portal, click on the Portals Tab within the Admin Area and search for the portal name.

Showing Active Only

With this checkbox on 1pm will only show Active Portals. Inactive portals wil be hidden in the portal grid.

Switching Portals

Switching portals changes WorkZerk to show only the information contained within that portal.

Click the Switch button to switch to another Portal.
