Admin Portal Filters & Switching Portals
Switching portals in WorkZerk means changing the Portal context to a different portal. Once you have switched to a new Portal, only the Work for that prtal will be displayed, and only those portal guests added to the Portal will be shown in the Guests tab etc.
In 1pm you always have several contexts, including the Space (Workspace) you are working in, which contains any number of Portals.
Within one Space you can switch between multiple portals, each of which may fulfil a different purpose.
For example, you might create a new portal for each event such as a conference or awards dinner evening you are planning (for each year). You might also create portals for your reception, or to onboard new staff or volunteers.
To swtich to a different Portal, click on the Guests Tab within the Admin area and search for the portal name.
The Start Date columm in the grid has a sort feature built-in, so you can also sort portals that have dates by Start Date or by Name (alphabetically).
There are two buttons within the Portals Tab that help filter Portals:
Showing Historic Portals
With this checkbox on WorkZerk will show all portals including those where the date has passed. When this checkbox is off WorkZerk will only show future portals based on the Start Date in the Portal grid.
Showing Active Only
With this checkbox on 1pm will only show Active Portals. Inactive portals wil be hidden in the portal grid.
Switching Portals
ADMIN > PORTALS > SWITCH BUTTON
Switching portals changes WorkZerk to show only the information contained within that portal.
Click the Switch button to switch to another Portal.
