Why it Works

Share an email invite or QR code linking to your branded registration portal. Users complete onboarding on any device through intuitive step-by-step guides from a simple link — no registration, passwords or app required.

Admins can verify onboarding manually, and compliance records can be kept for 7+ years.

Compliance Templates

Each compliance template can display content (images, PDF’s) and request actions (upload files, input information, follow link, complete checklist, get signature, make declaration and human verification).

Content

Image

  • Each Compliance template can contain an image (PNG/JPEG) that is either displayed inline (shown immediately) or clickable to view within a popup window.

    Content is for induction, training or supplemental information reasons. For example, you might show a map with emeregence assembly points for physical sites.

PDF

  • You can display a PDF document within a compliance template for induction, training or supplemental information.

    WorkZerk has it’s own built-in PDF viewer, so the portal member stays within the application.

Actions

Upload

  • Request the secure upload of documents such as SWMS’s (safe work method statements), identification documents, licenses, certificates, agreements etc. (PDF, PNG, JPEG format).

    If you activate the self destruct feature, the document will be securely deleted once verified by a human, or once the retention period has expired.

Input

  • Prompt for direct input using single or multi line text boxes, checkboxes, multi-choice or date fields.

Link

  • Require opening external links to other apps, hosted videos or forms.

    This can be used for training, reference, or to complete third party forms, surveys etc. Whatever you can link to - you can include in your compliance template.

Checklist

  • Check off tasks. This could be procedures, ‘Required PPE’ or a list of acknowledgments that all need to be ticked off.

Signature

  • An e-signature can be requested via touch or mouse with the full signature being captured.

Declare

  • Seek a declaration e.g. ‘I acknowledge the hazards’, ‘I have all the required PPE’ or ‘I accept the terms and conditions’ etc.

Open

  • Require the viewing or opening of a file (Image/PDF) you provided.

    Images can be displayed inline with the portal, and PDF’s can be opened and viewed within the portal (in a pop up window).

Verify

  • Ensure manual human verification, where required. This is known as HITL or ‘Human in the Loop’ and ensures manual human verification of any compliance step (if required).
