Show Days Mode & Scheduled Work Day Labels
in Admin the Show Days mode is activated by turning on the switch on the Work tab when adding Scheduled Work.
This will switch on the display of each day of a multi-day event, and also show the day labels.
Day labels are convenient summaries of each day, to remind you what the main activity for that is.
For example, for a 3 day conference, day 1 might be labelled ‘Bump-in’ and Day 2 ‘Main Day’, Day 3 could be called ‘Retreat’ and finally Day 4 ‘Bump-out’.
ADMIN AREA > WORK TAB > SCHEDULED WORK
You can see above that ‘Bump-in From 9AM’ is displayed under the day. That’s because this this Work was flagged ‘Header’ which is a way to emphasise certain Work. Any Header flagged Work will appear under each day, to summarise the days activities.
The purpose of these summaries is to remind you and other Admin users of the key work taking place on that day.
To modify the Day Label, simply click inside the empty label and type away. Moving away from the label (for example hitting the tab key) will automatically save the label (there is no save button as such).
Show Days Mode and Runsheet Day labels are super helpful when planning Work that takes place over more than one day.
