Admin Space & Users Licenses & Usage

Access your WorkZerk licenses and current usage in the Admin area by clicking on Space & Users, then the Licenses & Usage tab.

The amount of data you can store and use within WorkZerk depends on the number of current licenses you have purchased. Each license includes additional usage within each category.

A green bar indicates that you have plenty of licenses left in each category, an orange bar means you are close to running out (and should either reduce the number of records, or upgrade to more licenses). Finally a red bar inidicates you are very close to (or have exceeded) the usage within WorkZerk for the number of licenses.

WorkZerk is a flexible platform, you can upgrade or downgrade your licenses at any time by clicking on ‘Upgrade your WorkZerk User Plan’ and adding or removing licenses. The billing system will pro-rata any changes to your plans automatically.

Please note that in some cases if you have exceeded usage within WorkZerk, some features may be restricted. In general terms, you should keep an eye on the Licenses & Usage from time to time, to ensure you are subscribed to the optimal number of licenses for your usage scenario.
